Order and Payment

Immediately after placing your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This email contains the order number, a summary of your order, and the shipping address. In this order confirmation you will receive a link to check the status of your order. Didn't receive an email? Check your spam folder to be sure.

You can pay with Klarna, iDEAL, PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Apple Pay, and Bancontact.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders placed on working days before 3:00 PM will be delivered the next working day.

We offer free shipping in the Netherlands for orders over €100. For orders under this amount, the standard rate of €7.95 applies for shipping with DHL / Post NL.

We ship our orders with PostNL and DHL.

After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number. Your package will be shipped on the same day and you will receive an email with a track and trace code to track the delivery. If you have not received this email or if the status of your package is unclear, please let us know.

Returns and Exchanges

You can return the product(s) within 14 days. All products must be unworn and unwashed, with all original Mauro tags attached. With your order you will receive a returns form on which you can fill in all the necessary information.

If your return is accepted, you must return the package to us yourself. You can decide for yourself which postal service you use for this. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

The costs for returning are for the customer. We do not offer free returns, so you will have to pay for that yourself.

Once we have received your return package, we will process your refund within 10 working days. The refund will be processed automatically via the payment method you selected during the ordering process.

Products purchased on SALE cannot be returned or refunded.
